Stressed Out? You're not alone.

One of the top health concerns today, STRESS is taking a toll on many of us - more so than we may realize. Everything we feel these days we blame on stress. It is not likely that the fast-paced world we live in is going to change; the workload gets heavier, home life gets busier and the financial pressure gets overwhelming. Stress affects your body, your thoughts, your  feelings, and your behavior. It may be the root of your headache, chest pain, pre-diabetes, or high blood pressure. It can make you feel anxious, depressed, angry and burned out. Do not let stress dominate your life! We can improve our resistance to it by modifying our diet and lifestyle. I know.....you have heard this before.....change your diet & lifestyle.  But TRY.
